What if I placed the wrong order or entered the wrong address?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it and place a new one with the correct details. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes, so we suggest you to carefully review your order before placing it.
When will out-of-stock items be restocked?
Restock times depend on the complexity of the design. Most styles are restocked within 5–10 business days, but it may take longer for more complex sets.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes! As long as they’re removed gently and cleaned properly, you can reuse your press-ons multiple times.
How long do press-on nails last once applied?
This depends on your nail prep and the adhesive you use, but typically they last 7-21 days with nail glue and 1–3 days with adhesive tabs.
Will my nails look exactly like the product pictures?
Since all our nails are 100% handmade, slight differences in colour, pattern, or finish are completely normal — and that’s what makes each set unique!
Do you offer custom nail designs?
Not at the moment — but we’re working on it! Stay tuned, as we’re planning to offer customization options in the near future.
